Why The Family Villa
This villa will satisfy the needs of families with little children, who need extra space and privacy, and most of all want their kids to be safe and always within reach. That's why we have created a villa that sits on one floor only, but boosts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge living area with kitchenette. Plus your own private pool, and a setting that keeps you private without having to lose the view and the feel of being in the middle of the fields. Surrounded by nature, your kids will be free to scream and play, without having to worry about your neighbours. Plus a little garden will make sure they have space to play, and a pool protected by a glass fence so you can relax. Then open the main doors and immediately find yourself in front of our organic garden, right by the fields, nearby the relax area of the public grounds of The Samara.
The Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom features a super king sized bed, perfect if you still share it with your little one(s). Directly facing the South side ricefields, it has a dressing table, air conditioned, and plenty of storage space. Decorated by a huge and spectacular artwork, this bedroom ensures the best sleep you have ever had, and lots of space. The bathroom is located next door, adjacent the corridor and the twin room, so your kids are always within reach
The twin room can easily become another double room by sliding the two beds next to each other. With ensuite bathroom and double sinks, privacy is ensured also when the room is occupied by adults rather than kids. A massive wardrobe gives you room enough for everything you may need, and the book/toy rack will make your kids feel at home. And there's still lots of space where to play. Air conditioned, the room has two big windows overlooking the garden. A working desk and chair can be provided upon request.
The Bathrooms
The second bathroom instead is inside the twin room, and features a walk-in shower (no bathtub), double sinks and mirrors, hairdryer, digital scale and complete complimentary toilet amenities.
The villa has two bathrooms. The main bathroom belongs to the Master Bedroom but is accessible by all guests without having to get into the room: It features a whirlpool bathtub, a big sink with plenty of toiletries' space on the table, a digital scale, hairdryer, and complete complimentary toilet amenities.
Policies, children and extra beds
The maximum number of guests in a two-bedroom family villa is 2 adults and 4 children, or 4 adults and 2 children.
All children aged 6 and below stay for free when using existing bedding.
A baby cot or crib can be provided for free upon request. Maximum one cot/crib per villa.
All kids aged 7 and above are charged Rp300.000/night.
All kids aged 15 and above are considered adults and charged Rp500.000/night.
