At The Samara the five star service begins even before you arrive. Bali offers many interesting and very diverse activities for all tastes and ages. You can safely book with us any of the following services and avoid the hassle of having to refer to multiple people for your activities, or having to give your credit card details to too many companies, especially if online. In addition, we only book with the companies that we trust, with the highest feedback rating, and that provide the best quality service. In this way, you can avoid the risks of booking a less reliable company and having your vacation ruined.

Let us manage all your bookings, and everything will be easily charged to your room bill. Upon departure, choose your preferred method of payment: credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Amex) or cash in any currency. Everything in total safety and comfort right by our front desk.

24/7 Reception

Our staff is working 24 hours a day for you, 7 days a week.
Check-in and check-out at any time of the day or night, or request any service you may need (this may subject to a surcharge).
At The Samara somebody is always ready to assist you, no matter how bright the stars are shining. We like to call it "candlelight service".

Airport Shuttle

Not just a taxi. Our fluent English speaking hotel driver will comfortably escort you to The Samara in a clean, comfortable and air-conditioned car. He will also help you with the check-in procedure if arriving after 10pm. 

The shuttle service must be reserved in advance and is available 24/7.

Scooter Rental

A scooter is the fastest way to move around town and its surroundings. You can rent one at a rate of IDR100.000/day, helmet included. Please be aware that you are required by Indonesian law to have an International Driving License with you, other than a passport and the original scooter document (provided by us). Insurance not provided. Upon rental, you will be requested to fill a responsibility waiver form.

Bicycle Rental

There's nothing better to enjoy the vibrant life of Ubud than a smoothly working and well maintained bicycle. Thanks to our cooperation with BaliRoadBike, we have two fantastic mountain bikes available for you to rent, free of charge! Bikes are available on a first-come first-serve basis. To guarantee availability, you may reserve them for a fee of Rp 50.000 per bike per day. Or try your luck in the morning and if they're available, just take them!

Price: free of charge if available, or reserve for Rp50.000/day/bike
